Attorneys André Cunha S. A. Andrade, from the Ethics, Compliance and Investigations practice, and Marco Aurélio Rangel, from the Strategic Litigation and Dispute Prevention practice, participated in the 2nd Compliance Workshop of the São Paulo Commercial Association (ACSP), held on September 8, 2026, in São Paulo.

The event brought together ACSP representatives and specialists to discuss matters related to governance, integrity and compliance, with a focus on the legal risks and consequences arising from violations of compliance programs and electoral rules.

André Cunha S. A. Andrade and Marco Aurélio Rangel participated in the panel “What Happens When a Compliance Program Is Violated? Risks and Legal Aspects”, which addressed practical cases, as well as the risks and consequences for organizations arising from violations of compliance programs and electoral rules.

The workshop also featured discussions on governance as a tool for organizational longevity and on the development of ACSP’s Compliance Program.

The participation reflects Pinheiro Guimarães’ practice in matters related to compliance, governance and legal issues affecting business activities.
