Durante sua participação, abordou aspectos tributários e estruturais relacionados a operações de real estate no Brasil, destacando desafios, principalmente por conta da Reforma Tributária, oportunidades e tendências relevantes para investidores internacionais.

From June 10 to 12, partner Rafael Vianello participated in the 18th U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Annual Conference, held in São Paulo and organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Rafael was a speaker on the panel Real Estate: Investments and Structures, where he shared insights on the Brazilian perspective regarding real estate investments and their structures. During the discussion, he addressed tax and structural aspects related to real estate transactions in Brazil, highlighting challenges, particularly those arising from the Tax Reform, as well as opportunities and key trends relevant to international investors.
