The firm participated in a transaction that was awarded as “Deal of the Year” in the 2022 edition of the “Latin Finance Deals of the Year Awards”, in the category “Corporate Liability Management of the Year”: the tender offer of notes by Vale S.A., Vale Overseas Limited and Vale Canada Limited, in the amount of approximately US$1,3 billion.

Our team was responsible for advising the dealer managers BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. in connection with matters of Brazilian law.
