The firm participated in a transaction that was awarded as “Deal of the Year” in the 2022 edition of the “Latin Finance Deals of the Year Awards”, in the category “Corporate Liability Management of the Year”: the tender offer of notes by Vale S.A., Vale Overseas Limited and Vale Canada Limited, in the amount of approximately US$1,3 billion.
