Pinheiro Guimarães participated in the 3rd Congress on Compliance and Business Ethics, organized by IBDEE – the Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics, held in São Paulo.

The firm was represented by André Cunha S. A. Andrade, from the Ethics, Compliance and Investigations practice, who took part as a speaker in the panel “Compliance and Corporate Investigations.”

Held on October 24, 2025, the congress brought together leading professionals to discuss the theme “Conducts that Transform: Ethical Challenges and Solutions,” featuring thematic panels on ethics, governance, ESG, technology and corporate culture.

The discussion addressed challenges and best practices in conducting internal investigations, the importance of corporate integrity and the strengthening of governance structures amid ongoing regulatory and technological developments.
