The Pinheiro Guimarães team participated, between November 17 and 20, in the first edition of the Doing Business in Brazil – São Paulo Edition held in the Middle East, an initiative promoted by InvestSP, the investment promotion agency linked to the São Paulo State Secretariat for Economic Development.

The firm was represented by partners Francisco José Pinheiro Guimarães, Marcelo Lamy Rego, Rafael Xavier Vianello and Rodrigo Fagundes Terassovich. Held in Riyadh, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, the event brought together approximately 100 participants and was organized in partnership with Pinheiro Guimarães, White & Case, LaPlace Financial Advisory, and the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, expanding institutional dialogue with governments, sovereign wealth funds, investors, large conglomerates, and local leaders.

The debut of the initiative in the region reinforced São Paulo’s positioning as the leading business and innovation hub in Latin America, highlighting the State’s potential to attract high-impact projects and foster new global partnerships in strategic markets.

The event strengthened Pinheiro Guimarães’ presence in institutional agendas in the Middle East, expanding relationships with investors and strategic partners and contributing to the structuring of business environments grounded in legal certainty and predictability.
