Nos dias 14 a 16 de junho, o sócio Rafael Vianello participou da 15th U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Annual Conference, em Miami, organizada pela International Bar Association (IBA) e International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Rafael foi co-chair do painel Start-Ups and New Businesses: Tax Planning for Long Term Success no qual ele moderou a mesa de debates em temas como escolha do tipo de entidade, planejamento tributário para fundadores e acionistas, oferta pública de ações e regimes de tributação especiais, tais como regras PFIC nos Estados Unidos. Rafael compartilhou sua experiência em estruturas de flip e unflip, aproveitamento fiscal de intangíveis em estruturas internacionais, dentre outros.

From June 14 to 16, our partner Rafael Vianello participated in the 15th U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Annual Conference held in Miami, organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) and International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Rafael served as co-chair of the panel titled “Start-Ups and New Businesses: Tax Planning for Long-Term Success,” where he moderated discussions on topics such as entity selection, tax planning for founders and shareholders, public offerings of shares, and special tax regimes, including the PFIC rules in the United States. During the conference, Rafael shared his expertise in flip and unflip structures, tax optimization of intangible assets in international structures, among other relevant topics.
