Rafael foi speaker do painel Private Equity Investments, Challenges, and Opportunities, no qual ele apresentou insights relevantes sobre a evolução das estruturas de investimento em private equity no Brasil. Durante sua participação, Rafael abordou os principais desafios e oportunidades do setor, destacando as tendências de aquisições e consolidações utilizando estruturas híbridas de pagamento (dinheiro e ações/rollover), assim como operações de aquisição de controle via negociação de dívidas (distressed asset acquisitions).

From June 18 to 20, partner Rafael Vianello participated in the 17th U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends Annual Conference, held in Miami and organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Rafael was a speaker on the panel Private Equity Investments, Challenges, and Opportunities, where he presented valuable insights on the evolution of private equity investment structures in Brazil. During his participation, Rafael addressed key challenges and opportunities in the sector, highlighting trends in acquisitions and consolidations using hybrid payment structures (cash and shares/rollover), as well as control acquisitions through debt negotiations (distressed asset acquisitions).
