Operação assessorada por Pinheiro Guimarães é shortlisted para o Deal of the Year: Finance no Legal 500 Chile Awards 2026

Operação de financiamento de projeto do grupo chileno Arauco (Projeto Sucuriú), assessorada por Pinheiro Guimarães, foi selecionada para a shortlist do Deal of the Year: Finance no Legal 500 Chile Awards 2026.

A operação envolveu duas linhas de crédito, no valor total de US$ 2,1 bilhões, concedidas pelo IFC, IDB Invest, Finnvera plc e um sindicato de bancos internacionais para financiar a construção, o desenvolvimento e a operação da fábrica de celulose de Sucuriú.

Na operação, Pinheiro Guimarães representou os credores como Brazilian Counsel.

The financing for a project of the Chile based group Arauco (Sucuriú Project), advised by Pinheiro Guimarães, has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year: Finance at the Legal 500 Chile Awards 2026.

The transaction involved two credit facilities totaling US$ 2.1 billion, granted by IFC, IDB Invest, Finnvera plc and a syndicate of international banks to finance the construction, development and operation of the Sucuriú pulp mill.

In the transaction, Pinheiro Guimarães acted as Brazilian Counsel to the lenders.
